Community Support NDIS Care

Social Community and Civic Participation

The Star Care Group provides community-based supports for people living with disability, where every individual is encouraged to pursue their goals by accessing skills-based learning, recreation and social activities. Our experienced and skilled support workers will also help you to access the community and provide transport to and from the activity. It can include activities like going to your local café, joining a netball team, bushwalking with a friend, or doing a craft class. We also provide assistance to establish volunteer arrangements in the community, mentoring, peer support, and individual skill development. Our dedicated support workers play a crucial role in making social and community participation accessible and enjoyable for NDIS participants. Here’s how they can help.
