School Leaver Employment Support (SLES)
Transitioning from school to the next stage in life is both exciting and challenging. At The Star Care Group, we are here to guide NDIS participants of school-leaving age through this significant journey with our School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) program.
Our early intervention approach focuses on building essential foundation skills and preparing participants for long-term employment success. We assist in identifying suitable career opportunities and pathways that align with each individual’s strengths and aspirations.
How We Help with SLES
Our dedicated team works closely with school leavers and their families to ease the transition from school to further education or employment. Through personalized one-on-one support, we help participants:

Employment Assistance
Our Employment Assistance program extends these supports to NDIS participants of all ages, empowering them to achieve and sustain meaningful employment. This program includes:
