We have multiple shared accommodation available in Perth metro and Peel region. All homes are shared living arrangements with other people with disabilities and have staff 24/7 available at the house to support you with daily tasks and help you to build the capacity in order to live more independently. Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Shared living is a category of service under Supported Independent Living (SIL), which entails daily responsibilities. Living in a home with other people while having a handicap is an NDIS benefit.
In a shared living setting, support with daily duties is included in an NDIS Home and Living programme. This may be a one-time thing or continuous. The goal is for each person to acquire the skills necessary to live as independently as possible.
Daily assistance with chores like cleaning, food shopping, cooking, and assistance with personal care (including laundry, bathing, dressing, and grooming) will be provided to participants.
