Scheduling/Rostering Officer

This position plays a vital role in assisting The Star Care Group in delivering essential services to our participants while ensuring efficient service provision. As a member of our team, the Scheduling Officer, reports to the Client Coordinator, and plays a crucial role in ensuring that our staffing aligns with the specific needs of our participants. The Scheduling Officer establishes strong relationships with both The Star Care Group’s staff and Clients, facilitating effective communication through phone and face-to-face interactions to address roster-related matters. We are looking for a candidate who is solution-oriented, data-driven, possesses a keen eye for detail, and excels in communication.

What We Offer
